Poor After Sales Support.

Having purchased my very first vehicle ever, a 2016 Chevrolet Spark Ls in April 2022, I must admit that I am happy with my vehicle. No complaints on that end. The service I got during the sale was just superb.

Unfortunately, when the car was delivered to me it had no service history documents nor did it have the owner's manual. When I enquired about this, both the sales person (Jerry/Jeremiah) and the dealer representative (Marinda) told me that the copies would be posted to me. Despite numerous attempts at reminding the dealer about these promises I am told the same thing over and over. That it will be posted to me. It is now August 2022.

Further, I was told I would be getting a refund for the costs I Incurred for licensing fees. To date no refund has come through despite having sent all the required proof/receipts for the transaction.

Although the car I got from AutoCity Group Nigel is good, I will never purchase another vehicle from the dealer purely because of the lack of after sales service. The impression I get is that since the transaction has been concluded, my issue is no longer a priority.

Dear Lazola, I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction at Nigel AutoCity. We strive to deliver the best service and then we have a mishap caused by the salesperson not communicating the correct information to her manager. I have confirmed with the salesmanager that he did speak to you and resolved the outsranding promisses.  Once again my appologies.
