Poor after sales from Nigel Nissan/Autocity

Bought a used vehicle (Honda Ballade) from them. Within a month of driving it brake pads were worn out and they refused to sort them out and get new brake pads. The aircon of the vehicle is faulty you have to have it at 4 or 5 to actually feel it working, told them about it they said I must claim from my warranty plan when I was to do so I found out they had skipped a service for the car so I must service the car myself before I can claim. These guys are only worried about selling and making a sale once the car is yours they don't care about anything. All after sales issues are not looked into.
