Over promise and under deliver

My initial experience was positive, from test driving to acquainting myself with the car. However, after obtaining OTP for my banker's approval, things deteriorated. Despite immediate deposit payment upon request, I constantly need to ask for feedback, there is no proactive feedback. The lack of transparency regarding the availability of the specific color we requested is disappointing, and I still do not have my car.
