Nigel autocity rushing poor organized deals

I contacted the sales person to sell my BMW and buy a small car. I got the finance and then they was rashed to deliver. I was not informed about the process and a few things was lacking. They wanted the original certificate for my car of which i had a copy. Then just told that the car needs to be received by someone and not that this person needs a license. They delivered without me knowing ( have contact with me) and then I have send the BMWs renewed licence disk to them also. They then just went and took the car back with out informing me and returned the bmw without the license disk and dont take my call for any explanation. In the meantime i paid insurance and tracker on a car i dont own. Rashed business and poor consideration and pre -information.
