License and Registration Services paid for not provided at Renault Heidelberg

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this dealership (Renault Heidelberg). My vehicle was delivered with a broken windscreen (To their credit they did fix this after I had to go through a lot of trouble to get it fixed myself and was then reimbursed by them) The two front tyres of the vehicle are not roadworthy and in a bad condition and they didn't want to replace them. Above all that I have paid them R2500 to do the license and registration of the vehicle and now they have told me I have to do it myself. I have made a complaint and still nobody has gotten back to me. I have contacted Francios Heyns, and he promised they will sort this out. I still have not heard anything.
