Reviewer Update
I was hping that Autocity would have responded y now - it has been over 2 days with no contact from anyone regarding this problem.

I initiated the process with an application to upgrade my a FAW under Pedro Shane Walters. I asked if I could upgrade and was offered a yes My Upgrade reasons:
  1. Comfort
  2. Space
Now Referring to the above 2 points
  1. Comfort – I asked for an automatic vehicle and was told it is auto/Manual transmission – in my lack of engine and cars it was an auto I mean I did ask to be upgraded to luxury as my travelling has substantially increased. This car is manual only
  2. Space – I have 3 teenage boys in school and 2 foster-care children. Kamo plays rugby with my boys so whenever there is a rugby match I am the rugby mommy. The I20 was just too small as some of the other boys will ask for a ride home and the boys has to sit on each other. Below is a pic of my normal load excluding the 7y old girl to school and back with a front passenger whom is a teacher at the school. The space is definitely not upgraded
Let us now speak about the price – I cried over the installment of R5500 but when the first approval was done I was asked if I am taking the fixed or flexi rate. I opted for the fixed rate. When the Zen was approved I asked if anything has changed and I was told “no”On signing the contract all OTP’s was given all papers signed my son called to say the school gate is being locked he is walking home, which is 15km in town. My stress and concentration flew out the window. Yes I did ask is it a fixed or flexi rate (according to my son who was with me), but I asked again this morning. In today’s day and age where the interest rate is on a steep climb – I worried about R5500 and now having to stress over an increased interest rate aswell? Where on earth did you find anyone stressed over expenses just be ok with paying R8000 for a vehicle in 2024? Yes, I was offered the 7seater – I need a vehicle for my travelling alone times and a vehicle suitable for my needs. The I20 was not a problem that I MUST upgrade. If the Kiger was NOT bigger, why was it even opted for when my need was specified specifically for space for my teenagers. In a normal sedan they all fir yes, the FAW is a 7seater but with years the seats and the back is on the tires and it becomes a rough ride on a long-distance trip therefor I do not want a 7-seater and therefore declined that offer. What day and age is this where a seat lever is still metal? How is this comfort?
