Bessie was very professional and very friendly from the first to the last moments. She provided the necessary guidance and did everything she could to ensure that we received the perfect vehicle and the best service, even though we dealt with her while in another country. The send-off by the Alberton staff was fantastic, even though we could not be there to experience it in person. Even after the vehicle was handed over, Bessie went out of her way to follow up and provide advice throughout the way, until the car arrived in Malawi. We would definitely come back to Autocity Alberton if there was an opportunity for another vehicle in future.
