I am very happy with the service I received from Cherle Beyers First of all she is super friendly, always laughing and very patient. On Tuesday my car wouldn’t start, I was frustrated so I called the dealership and I received the most heartwarming help from her. She referred me to the road side assistance for towing, I knew I had seen that before but didn’t know what it was for… thanx to her now I learned something🤣 🤣 and I saved money for towing💃💃 My car was towed the same Tuesday and on Wednesday she gave me feedback saying the rats ate my wires, so they are forced to replace them otherwise the car won’t move. Guess what, Friday morning she called saying my car is ready and I can come collect it or she can arrange someone to pick me up. I was super happy to hear that my car was fine again.
