Horrible experience

Bought a vehicle from hyundai autocity heidelberg and it's the worst experience ive ever had with a car dealership. I got the vehicle in December and since then the vehicle has been in the workshop over 5 times, as i type this message, the vehicle is at the workshop. I emailed gavin who is the manager and told him i want to swap the car for something else and he doesn't have the decency to even respond. Customer service is not existent. Please guys, rather go to reputable dealerships and save yourself alot of stress and money
