Car took longer to arrive than planned. Car was not ready for collection at the agreed time

The problem is that we do not have controle over the carriage company and have to abide by their rules. The upside is that youreceived a vehicle of your choice and trust your experience was excellent from there on as we strive to give excellent service on what is withinn our controle.. Yor satisfaction on the the long run wil outweigh the wait.
