Bought a vehicle on 26 may, traded a vehicle in. They first said they would make a plan to give us a R5000 cash back which they didn't. They then told us that our trade in car would be sorted so that we wouldn't pay the installment on 1 June. Another lie. The payment went off our account because someone in their finances Dept FORGOT to give us papers to sign ..expected us to travel there to sign. They now because of settlement owe us a refund. It's taken them up to now to pay us and we, instead of getting R5000 plus our R3000 instalment....R1600?

15 Jun 2023, 11:46Dear Beryl, as we strive to give excellent service to our customers i am sadened to hear about your dissatisfaction. I however did listen to the rcording betweeen your husband and our salesman and your husband was told distinctly that because of how the transaction was structured that it would not be possible to refund the R5 000.00. Concerning the last payment on your trade in the oversight was from the bank and the refund should come from them as at no stage did we collect it. The salesmanager has however, as a gesture of goodwill, agreed to refund you R2 448.00 whch has been sent to accounts for payment.
