Bought a Touran 2005 1.9tdi

We bought a 1.9tdi Touran 2005 for R80 000 from Nigel Auto City,my wife did test drived the vevhile and we bought it,when we got the car I could feel the cluth is not right,i told Rudi Snyder that the clutch is not right and we going to Durban for a week,we have a 1000km warranty on the vechle,on the way to Durban I picked up problems with the brakes and a tensioner niose.We did send them a mail and phoned them with the problems,they said they will fixed it.They had the vechile for 2 weeks and yesterday the workshop manager Sarel phoned my wife and told her that they only replaced a vacuum pipe that solved the clutch and the brakes and that they service the vechile.They did the deliverd the Touran this morning not right and I did not yet received my 101 test and registration documents(number plates) THAT WE PAYED FOR.
