Be careful

I'm really disappointed with the service I got from autocity. I bought a car on the 15th of January these year,when they delivered it they said they will send natis and service record book via post office and a copy of contract via email but non of these were sent until I drove to Heidelberg to collect a natis so I can license disc. Since I'm waiting for them to send other documents,on the 13th March the car started to smoke, lost power and shown an engine sign on the dashboard I called the sales person and he said he's no longer working for autocity but the car has a warranty I should call autocity and claim it. I called them they told me that the car doesn't have a warranty. I went to Isuzu to request for a car service record it shows that the car was lastly serviced in 2017 but they told me that it was fully serviced
