Bad service
I'm very dossappointed with dealership. I bought a Chevrolet bakkie from them three weeks back cash and to date I don't have the papers for the car, everytime I call and ask when are sending the papers the sales who pushed me rightly so that I should atleast put a deposit otherwise I'm going to lose the because there's a potential buyer for it,he is now abdication responsibility to his manager who has not had the decency to call me . I asked for a refund that haven't call me back since.

We are sorry you feel this way, however we are busy sorting out your registration papers. We are currently experiencing major delays from the licensing departments and we are busy with solutions. We however did share photos with you showing that the licensing department is closed, with the notice on their window. We also shared a copy of the natis with you in our name.
Please bear in mind that the vehicle was traded in a week before you bought it, we settled the bank and we in turn then waited for the papers from the bank which can take up to 5 working days. We then need to dealer stock the papers into our name, and then put the papers into your name.
Gary our sales executive has been in contact with you all the time.
We are trying our best to get the above sorted as soon as possible.
