AVOID KIA AUTOCITY HEIDELBERG GAUTENG

July 2022 I bought a KiA Picanto from autocity Heidelberg.

All said and Done it was the worst experience ever. After being assured it is a good deal and being bul**** into buying a overpriced warranty to cover the dealership if anything is wrong with the vehicle so they dont have to cover the expences they should cover by law, we realised they sold the vehicle that is only valued at R84 600(retail) to us for more than R20 000 more. Also we were quoted at 8,25% intrest rate. When we got the papers the intrest rate was 9,9% After various requests for documentation to enable us to go to Wesbank to complain about this we received nothing. They promised the vehicle was services before delivery. We struggled days to get the service book from them.

Only to find they did not even change the interior fan filter.

MAKE DOUBLE SURE OF THE ACTUAL VALUE OF THE VEHICLE YOU BUY FROM THEM! DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!

We have read your concern and as we strive to give excellent service our salesmanger will be in contact with you and request to bring the vehicle in to our dealership where we will inspect  it and take the necessary action if needed. As far as the interest rate is concerned we as a dealer have no control over it. The banks determines the rate that you qualify for and issue a contract accordingly. The selling price is determined by market factors and we price accordingly. I suggest that in the future you make sure of these concerns before signing any documents which will illiminate any nasty surprises afterwards.
