Hello Peter let me share my bad experience with this dealership mentioned above, Purchased the car on the 21 October 2023 . 1. My first Encounter with them was with spare keys and Service Book, been told they can not see the spare keys and service book because another sales man took them with the same car I have Purchased. Until today no record of service done in the car according to them. 2. Tracker installation the car, been told tracker was done and installed and premium is included in the car premium as it was done by the dealership, today I'm looking for certificate tracker guys confirmed to me that tracker ws cancelled by the dealership how do you do that without contacting the person, 3. My car has paint peeling from the back and minor scratched been told no will book it in for repairs , please from following week will book it, until i made noise, car was take and was given loan car which was in VERY BAD condition, scratched were not done only the boat that was done until today 4. not I'm asking for my spare keys and service book until today have not yet received such which is I don't even believe they have ordered those or the car went on full service before it came to me, I'm a woman who knows less about car and how it feels when its fully serviced, now tracker in my car is no longer working coz they thought its best to cancel such service without anyone telling me.
