Autocity Nigel Nissan

I bought a Dodge Journey in February 2023 from Autocity Nigel Nissan and for the full three months I had it , there was always issues, the salesman Clinton was rude to me over the phone some times and we tried to sort it out with the Manager, after more or less three months they took the car back and I just bought a new Nissan Xtrail from them, Clinton is still the salesperson, they delivered the car to us without any temp roadworthy permit and the old license disc expired, when my partner called the salesperson about the registration they need to do, again he got really rude to her over the phone and me and her we are the customers, I tried calling the manager Karel twice and he didnt answer which happens alot of times. As a third time customer to the same dealership I am really not happy about this and in particular about the salesperson talking to me or my wife like he does and it canot be left just there. We tried to fix it when he did so to me but he just did it again and this time to her. Where will the line be drawn if it was not set right by the dealerships manager?
