Autocity Alberton The worst after sales service

I bought a vehicle last year 27 November 2023 from Autocity Alberton. I had the car only for two months before it broke down on 4th February 2024, the worst thing that could happen on someone's birthday. The car was towed and delivered to Autocity Heidelberg the following day, and it was there for two weeks before I could get an answer on what was wrong with it. I was informed that the engineer had checked and it had a faulty thermostat. So, I informed the dealer that I didn't want to vehicle anymore and I asked that they give me a different one, it is my first car so I didn't want the stress; but they told me they would fix it or refund me if needed. Two weeks later I got text messages from the warranty company informing me that two warranties for the vehicle were processed, to my surprise and frustration because I was not informed by the dealership on that. I called the dealer and that was when all he'll broke loose, Trevor from Autocity Alberton told me that I was the one who damaged the car and I should be responsible in fixing it hence they contacted the warranty Company on my behalf, without communicating with me first. I wasn't happy about that and I told him that I didn't want the car anymore of any vehicle from their dealership for that matter and he told me that I should take the matter up with the Ombudsman and MFC. So, in conclusion the vehicle is still in their workshop in Autocity Heidelberg and I am still paying for a vehicle I am not in possession of. I contacted the Ombudsman and they are still investigating the matter even to this day and MFC told me they are waiting for the Ombudsman. I remember after signing the contract with autocity alberton the lady Maggie who sold me that car told me as we were inspection the car that the previous owner of the vehicle never provided them with the service history of the car, I don't know much about cars so I didn't think it mattered but I guess they new that I why they didn't want to take the car back and now they blaming me. They would do anything to sell their troublesome cars, as a customer they will give you vip treatment but after you bought their cars they will show you flames and they would do and say anything to protect themselves. That's the nightmare experience I got from Autocity Alberton.
