Alberton autocity

When I purchased a 2019 vw GOLF GTI from AUTOCITY ALBERTON I trated in a brand new VW T- Cross with less than 40000 km on the clock. I took ownership on a Friday afternoon and the Monday I decided to take the vehicle on my own cost to a VW garage in alberton for a 80 point chech at my own cost. The report from vw stated that the vehicle is UNSAFE TO BE DRIVEN duo to faulty and worn brakes, waterpump or secondary waterpump leaking and brake **** that ony 2.5mm wich should be 13mm. Aoto City Alberton then accused me of abusing the vehicle and they couldend provided me with the spare key . Alberton AUTOCITY then send me with the vehicle to VW the Glen for a second inspection and I got the same report ""VEHICLE UNSAFE TO BE DRIVE "", Still Alberton AUTOCITY refuse to repair the vehicle and left me with no other option as to follow a legal process and the car stood on advice from the lawyers for more than a month . I won and the Alberton AUTOCITY was given 21 days to repair the vehicle . Waited for a month for my car I requisted the invoice to see what was done and repair and I was told the lady working is not there but they will email that to me , I'm still waiting for that report !!. After that I had the vehicle towed 2 times again in less than a month and a half. 1 st the Brakes pads had to be replaced again and I was I formed that was cheap spares and not approved brakes by VW , The second time the oil censor came on and on advise of Vw SA I was advised not to drive the car before a check was done by vw and the car was towed again and on inspection the censor was faulty but the water pump was still leaking and advices again by vw not to operate the vehicle. I contact Alberton AUTOCITY again and again they refuse to repair the vehicle for the 1 st problem tha vehicle went back to them . I have given lawyers now instruction to approach the ombudsman to cancel the deal . This is the worst experience and phetatic service I have ever accouted in my life in all the time and years I bought cars . From the sales man pieter. Manager Stefan and dealer principal Mr Dirkie , there was no aftersales responsibility or liability towards the client and I will at no stage recommend AUTOCITY ALBERTON to anyone
