After Sales Shock

I have purchased a car from Auto City Heidelberg or Mahindra Heidelberg. The vehicle was a Chevy utility sport 1.8 which seemed in great condition until i took delivery of the car. I reported back to Daniel that the clutch was very hard, had a burning smell came through in traffic and that the grear changes where not smooth at all. <br> <br> Daniel seemed to be a very nice, polite and well manerd person when he was selling me the car. After i brought up the issue to him and requested his assistance, he came out with every excuse in the book why he would not assist with the clutch issue and he even told me that they are very expensive and will charge an arm and a leg to repair the car. <br> <br> When i sent in the car for them to have a look, upon collecting the car when i tried to vent my frustrations, Daniel laughed at me and told me that its a company policy. I was shocked to say the least.<br> <br> I asked him for his managers number, to which he refused to give. I then also asked for the owners number, to which he also refused and laughed at us.<br> <br> How i wish i had never stepped into that dealership.<br> <br> I do hope that clients will know what type of a company is being run at Mahindra Auto City Heidelberg
