Absolutely appalling service from Heidelberg
Absolutely appalling service from Autocity Heidelberg. Very quick to do the cash deal but when you drive away unhappy and your salesman stops responding. Warranty claims take ages to resolve, numerous faults on a brand new vehicle that after 2 months and numerous emails and phonecalls, remain unresolved. Took over a month for licencing and registration. Absolutely no customer service. Log a complaint via their website and even that doesn't get a response. Next stop - Mahindra South Africa
