 Hi Mornay,  We understand that you were initially unhappy with the Mercedes that you bought in December 2021 , however you only drove it for three months and a new transaction was done (BMW) in March 2022 to accommodate your dissatisfaction.  You have been driving the BMW for 1 year, 3 months and approximately 23 000km with no concerns or complaints raised before.  How do you blame us as a dealership after the time and mileage that lapsed? What do you expect us to do after this period of time?  Please provide us with your last service that was done so that we can see if Motorite would accommodate a warranty claim even though you are passed your 1 year warranty period.  Thank you
