I hired Mr Rossouw to act as our General Manager with Carte Blanche 6 months ago. He sold himself to me as an expert in this field and his sole task was to make the business profitable. The business is new and failed to perform. The business never performed and I was forced to let him go. Mr Rossouw and I could not come to an agreement regarding his severance package. The business could not afford him with the little success that was achieved. He is now aggrieved. Centurion Motors is in business and is neither liquidated nor in the process thereof.
I deny all these allegations of dishonesty and launched an investigation since Mr Rossouw was in Charge after all???? My Attorney is handling my affairs and did initiate the necessary process with Mr Rossouw.
