Shocked at the service at Bosch car Germiston

My daughter's car (Uno) broke down and it was suggested I take it to Bosch service centre, so I chose the one closest to my work which was Germiston. After a diagnostic it was suggested that I change the steering column and the clutch which I proposed they do. I did mention that the finances were limited but I wanted them to do a service also (to have the car running better for my daughter). After the work was complete my daughter drove the car away but did not mention that the car was running badly. She eventually mentioned that the car was not running well, so I checked to see if they did the service on the car. What I saw on the invoice shocked me. They had only done a "lub" service(change the oil filter and replace the oil) for which they charged me R1310. I contacted them and they explained to me that they put the mileage into the system and the system then recommends a service which was the case in point ( But at R1310 for a lub service) and what about the customer's needs?????. So I had to lend some more money to have the car serviced properly. I think this is a total rip-off and am very unhappy with the work and their response. Will never go back again.
