Worst service and customer care ever!!!!

<p>I took my bakkie which overheated and the head gasket blew.</p> <p>Every time I phoned I was confronted with lies of the completion time.</p> <p>At one time (wednesday) I was told the job would be completed by 4pm.</p> <p>At 2pm I went there and asked to see the car, the engine was in "pieces" and I realised would never be completed by 4pm. The workshop manager didn't show any customer concern and most of the times wouldn't look me straight in the eyes "bad sign", even told me they were fixing an oil leak and told me he did not know why the mechanics were doing that.</p> <p>My bakkie never had oil leaks before.</p> <p>On statuary I pick up the bakkie and asked if was all OK, his answere was he tested and was all OK</p> <p>I got into the car and gears wouldn't engage and there was no clutch "but he tested the car".</p> <p>I waited another hour for them to go buy oil and drain the clutch.</p> <p>The next day I notice a huge poudle of oil in my garage floor.</p> <p>Since then I decided to take my car samewhere else to be fixed at another great cost.</p> <p>I did not go back to these *********** guys in case they stuff up same thing else.</p>
