Poor service

My husband took my car to Auto care centre in Parlock on the 11 of September as it was making a funny notice he was advised that the car had a problem with Clutch. They fixed the car and I collected the car on the 13 of September. I used the car for one week and on the 22 of September I was driving to Bulwer the car break in Howick. I called my husband to advise him and he called his cousin to come and assist it was around 10am and the guy never come and we decided to go to the nearest panel beater for help. The guy came and tow us and they suspect it was a problem with clutch they open the car to check what was the problem and they advice me that the problem is with gear box as the people who put the clutch didn't put the oil in gearbox. They advised me to leave the car with them but it might take 3 days so we decided to take the car back to Autocare. I paid R500 to the guy who was checking the car, R500 paid to the tow guy from panel beater and R2000 to take the car from Howick to Parlock I left the car in Parlock at night as they were already closed,I went to them this morning and explained to them what happened and the guy promised to check the car and get back to me. He called and advise me that they not gonna touch the car as someone else already s****ped it,I must come back and take the care and I advise him that we though it was something small and we were far from them and he said I was suppose to call them. They refused to help me I had to pay another tow to take the car from them. I am really not happy with the service they never even try to assist instead he said there was no way that the mechanic who checked the car was from Howick. I'm stuck with the car that is not working but I paid so much of money to them to fix this car.
