Unprofessional pane beaters

I sent my vehicle for painting a scratch, which was about 1cm on the drivers door. They painted it satisfactorily. The is a dimple where they painted and to top it they damaged the door handle in an attempt to remove the door pad. The owner does not want to take any responsibility to replacing it because he states the the F032 has a defect with those handles and there was no way to remove the door pad without damaging the handle. When I spoke to bmw they stated that this guy does not know how to do his job. This is autocar in Empangeni. Please stay away from them.
