Wrong Windsheild fitted

Hi, I am not happy with autoboys Emalahlani, their service is bad, my car was hit by the hailstorm in 2023 November, it took them months and months to replace the windshield and the fitted the wrong one. Th rear window was leaking when it was raining and they said I should bring it to the which I did with my own petrol, Now I have noticed earlt last year that the camera cover is missing and they are struggling to find it till now 2025.
