worse service ever

Autoboys pretoria were scheduled to replace my right door glass on friday 01/10/2021 got to fitment center the glass wasn't ordered, they sent out a technician on 02/10/2021 with a grandmark glass and expected me to allow them to put it in my car and pay excess. autoboys dont know what they are doing. Imagine put a 500 glass in a bmw and have to pay 950 excess.
