Unfriendly staff.

Hazelwood branch- The coloured lady assisting with insurance inspections can really benefit from some customer care and communication skills training. She should refrain from using phrases like " you must come with me" instead say "May you please come with me" She is just not friendly/professional at all, jeez. I kinda wonder how she got the job.
