The worst service I have ever received

This is my third week since my my claim has been approved. All I’m getting is excuses. I’m unable to drive my car cause the windscreen is badly damaged. I have resorted to using public transport which is a nightmare. Im highly disappointed by the service and communication from Autoboys Pongola.
