STINKING ATTITUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

we are importers ,distributors and retailers of all vehicle spares , i deal with a wide range of suppliers locally and internationally , i have never ever come across a supplier or company such as Autoboys , in Johannesburg webber street with such attitude from staff , 1stly getting through to autoboys is such a mission 2ndly when you eventually get through and want to speak to the sales person that always helps you is another problem ! dealing with a salesman by the name of Bongi Nkosi is a real night mare !!! i have been dealing with bongi nkosi's **** for the last 2years now , whenever i call to speak to the saleman Ikraam bongi nkosi is the guy always answering and forever telling me that Ikraam is outside!?and tells me to call back and when i do its the same story i think iv been hearing this storry for the last 2years now , i dont understand how does a well of company employ such unprofessional person such as Bongi Nkosi ,the guy cannot even speak properly to clients over the phone , he has a very stinky attitude towards clients as well , and very rude !,if Autoboys continue at this rate with such staff and sad to say you guys are losing much more business from the market
