Shocking Service and ***** !!!!

If i could give a minus rating I would. A claim was logged for a new window on my Hyundai, first they never called me or contacted me at all, eventually I called them after 3 days and they said yes the window has been ordered from Kia and will arrive tomorrow, tomorrow comes and they call me to say the only place in the country with the part is the Hyundai head office, but yesterday it was only kia who had it ???

They lie, their communication is shocking and their work ethic is pathetic.

will never allow any claims to go through them again and highly recommend no one uses them
