poor service at Autoboys

bad service done by the Durban branch of Autoboys, being serviced by a lady called Chrissie who could not even allow me to speak to the guy who was going to help, I was left without a window glass for 5 days because she said they were fully booked for the next 5 days , their service sucks big time
