Poor response

On the 3rd March Discovery insure arranged for the Windscreen to be replaced. Autoboys arrived on time and replaced windscreen they called me to inspect and i duly paid the excess. On The way home i noticed my Parrot microphone start to droop and noticed that the clip had been broken and black silicone used to hide the damage.<br> <br> I phone the next morning and Prakash confirmed that the clip had been broken and undertook to replace. He then went off sick for a coupe of days i then located a supplier and advised that the clip will cost R200.00 to replace. <br> <br> The Durban manager informs me they do not have cash on site and have to get a requisition from JHB head office.They didn't seem to have a problem in taking my cash but only in paying out.<br> <br> Its now 12 days later and i am still waiting!!<br> <br> Be careful in dealing with this company check and check again!!
