Poor Customer Service!

Recently registered a claim to replace a windscreen and was assigned to Autoboys (Kempton Park) What happened to customer service?? No call received from them, just sms stating order was received. 1. I had to phone them to ask when this will take place? 2. Phoned them again to ask if my order cant take place earlier - to which I'm still waiting for someone to call back? 3. Phoned them again to ask a time - I CAN NOT wait and waste my day waiting for these guys!

Come on guys - CUSTOMER SERVICE ain't happening here! Wake up!
