PATHETIC, UNRELIABLE, DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

Autoboys Kroonstad had an appointment with me yesterday to replace the windscreen of my car in the morning. However, they only arrived in the afternoon to perform the service. Unfortunately, this was not possible for me as I had another appointment to attend. The appointment was then rescheduled for today (16 October).

Once again, Autoboys failed to honour the appointment, claiming that they were working in Wesselsbron today. Failing to keep two consecutive appointments reflects extremely unprofessional service. I would advise all prospective clients to think very carefully before making use of Autoboys Kroonstad’s services.
