Pathetic

Pathetic customer service. My windscreen replacement was booked for 8.30am but no1 came. I was the whole day on the phone with them and they made promises that someone is coming out to do the job but when it was 5pm all calls went to voicemail. I cannot believe that Discovery Insurance can have them as a vendor. I am going to lodge a complaint with Discovery to have them removed.
