Pathetic attitude and Service

Shocking Service, receptionist is rude and disinterested. Passed from one person to the next nobody ever answers there phone. The agent assigned had absolutely no vechicle knowledge. Claim approved by Discovery insure on Monday for Wndscreen, appointment made for Thursday four days later and no show! Manger is uninterested in complaint and says it’s the first she hears about it! Discovery wake up these people have no idea what they are doing!
