No help from Autoboys

I took my car to Autoboys Paarden Eiland for vehicle inspection as I'm insure with King Price.

When I followed up with King Price they advise that they haven't received the vehicle inspection certificate from Autoboys.

Can you please send the inspection certificate to King Price as it was done on the 2nd of September 2023.
