Lies on refund

I asked Autoboys Menlyn to fix the chips on my windscreen. They advised that I must make a payment before they can go out and repair them. I made the payment. They then came back and said they cannot repair the chips and they need to refund me. They keep on coming up with stories when I ask for my refund. This is absurd.
