***** and USELESS SERVICE !!!

Firstly after logging a claim with Autoboys I receive no communication from them for 3 days until I decide to call them 3 day later on the wednesday, they advised they had ordered my window from Kia for my Hyundai and it will arrive the next day the thursday. Then on thursday they call and now they have ordered it from Hyundai and it will arrive on monday. Friday I get an email confirming fitment scheduled for tuesday, so I call on monday to confirm time and now there is only one window left in the country for one of the most common cars on the road and i is now on back order and will take 10-15 wrorking days to arrive.

I have never dealt with such a useless company that can lie repeatedly and still some how they are still in business ????

I will never support them and do not recommend anyone else even tries. They should be removed from partnership with insurance companies.
