Incomplete and wrong spares used

On the 15/03/2024 iwyze my insurance send me to Auto boys glass to replace my windscreen. It was wrong fitted and they used tape instead of clips. I took the car back but they told me they don't have clips, only ordered them after my complaint but until today they still don't have spares and my car is still not fixed and I paid lot of money for such *********** service.
