Good after service

First time in my life i saw a company that take reviews ratings seriously, some do it for formality. I was at Auto Boys Centurion, to replace a windscreen. Then i was asked to rate the level of the service, generally i gave them 5/10. They called me to ask what is wrong because i gave them a wrong ratings, i explained, they asked me to bring the car back to see, and they agreed to correct what i was not happy about, by replacing the damaged parts. And the scratches were minimal.
