Excellent extra mile customer service

Went to change my windscreen, and I asked how long will it take the 1st guy said 30mins & the 2nd one who was gonna do the job said 45min. And he asked is there somewhere I need to be I said yes. At 9:00 am to 4pm I need to be in class & the time was 08:18 am. Guess what they did that fast tht I didn't even miss my class.

So thank you guys with the excellent & speedy job to sastify ur customer. It was done in king williams town
