***********, DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL..................................

I had an unfortunate incident of having my car window struck by a stone. So my insurer [Discovery Insure] referred my claim to Auto***s. On Monday, 23 May 2023, I received a call from Rochelle Swart (apparently she is a Discovery Service Champion), regarding my claim. Upon asking her the turnaround time, she promised to call me around 13:00 to confirm the stock availability and the fitment booking. Well, she never called. I also didn't reach them, assuming she would call me the following day. The following day, I waited the entire day with no calls coming from her or anyone from Auto***s. On Wednesday, I decided to call and I was told that Rochelle kept the claim to herself and no glass was ordered at all. . .This made me frustrated as my car was at risk of being ******. The lady that assisted me confirmed having ordered the glass on Wednesday. . . Come Thursday, no calls came through until I called again seeing that I am left in the dark only to find out that the glass has not arrived at the fitment centre AND I was told to go to the fitment centre on Friday - I did as they said - only to find out that the glass never arrived as I was told that it had arrived. All I can say about Rochelle Swart is that she is a pathetic **** and unprofessional - I wonder how she was given the title of "Champion" when she could have been given the title of "Disappointment". Rochelle Swart's conduct is what kills and ruins a company's reputation. I wish Discovery Insure also could see this complaint. I'm never ever using Auto***s ever again. . . .
