Delayed service

There I was with a damaged rear window on my car. logged a call to replace on Tuesday, Autoboys have the authorisation to replace it and todate, they are blaming Nissan for their inefficiencies. Rosslyn Nissan is 1 hour away from JHB and these guys could not see the urgency I need to use my car. Now I am driving with a plastic, the moment ytou go to 100 km/h, the car sounds so terrible and it is not safe anymore, I cannot leave it unattended.
