Car windscreen

I will never ever take my car to Auto Boys.<br> I replace my windscreen in September 2015. In January the window started to lick. They come out to fix it. Yesterday 24/02/2016 the wind LICK AGAIN. Auto Boys please advise I spoke to your branch manager Jason from Honeydew and I've call the head office spoke to Chris 8 hours later no response.
