Bad Terrible Customer service

Have submitted a claim on 2021-11-23 to Auto Boys Centurion via my insurance Santam… Apart from waiting for the glass …this company commit to install glass and they don’t honour the committed installation dates !!

No customer feedback!!! Bad call Center customer service
