Bad attitude/customer service

Went to Autoboys in Lansdowne to find a bumper for my car. On first visit all the guys behind the counter see you enter but then act like they're busy on the phone like they don't want to help you/give you service. I got a quote for my bumper and then left to shop around. A few days later I come back and same thing happened, you don't feel welcome and then I was told that they don't have stock only because the guy got the car year/model wrong (after showing him a picture of my car).

I asked the guy if the item is a pirate part and with a straight face he says some nonsense like, "There is no such thing as a pirate part, pirate parts are a thing we coloureds made up..."

I was like okay now you're insulting my intelligence.

Please treat your customers with respect.
